Preventive Care

Routine examinations, X-rays, cleanings, night guards, sports guard, sealants and fluoride treatments to maintain optimal oral health.

Periodontal care

Cleaning the pockets around teeth and preventing damage to the surrounding bone. Scaling, root planning and soft tissue grafting.

Restorative Care

Composite fillings, amalgam fillings, crowns, implant supported crowns, bridges, implant supported bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, etc.

Oral Surgery

Extractions, biopsies, implants. Depending on the complexity of the case, a referral can be done to our oral surgeon.

Root Canals

Treatment of the inside of the tooth, when it becomes inflamed, necrotic or infected.

Dentures

Partial and complete dentures. Implant supported dentures. When possible, adjustments, reline and rebase of older dentures.

Sedation Dentistry

Oral sedation, nitrous oxide and IV sedation (IV sedation for extractions only). Discuss it with your dentist to see if you’re eligible and if it’s the right option for you.

Can you bill directly to my insurance?

Yes, you only pay what your insurance does not cover. When you complete your forms before your first dental appointment, you can select a financial agreement.

How much do denture services cost?

We are aware that the cost of dentures across Whitehorse can vary greatly. We follow the Yukon Dental Association Fee Guide and our basic denture fees are as follows:
  • Partial denture: 1800$
  • Full denture: 1800$
  • Immediate denture: 1900$, including one year follow up

Do you accept STATUS?

Yes we do accept STATUS and can help you arrange travel.

I live out of town. How long do I have to stay in Whitehorse to get new dentures?

Every situation is different. As long you advise us and it is planned ahead of time, new dentures can be done in as little as one day.

How much do dental services cost?

A complete exam is required to determine your treatment plan. Once it is done, an estimate will be given to you. We follow the Yukon Dental Association fee guide.

What services will my insurance cover?

Insurance companies offer different coverages. Most of them renew January or April of each year. If you’re not sure about your dental coverage, you can discuss it with our lovely receptionists on the phone or in person. We can also send a pre-determination to your insurance company to confirm before we proceed with your treatment.
